Oct 2026 - Present • 0 mos
I independently review websites and digital workflows to identify usability problems, broken or confusing steps, formatting issues, and opportunities for improvement. I test pages, forms, navigation, and user journeys, then provide organized feedback with screenshots, clear explanations, and prioritized recommendations. I also assist with document formatting, spreadsheets, presentations, online research, and practical digital support.
