During my 2.5 years at Allianz, I managed end-to-end design for a complex financial ecosystem. I led high-impact products to win multiple awards (Stevie, Sardis, Hammers) by bridging business goals with user needs through data-driven design. Award-Winning Impact; -Stevie® Awards 2025: Secured 2 Gold & 1 Silver for Allianz’ım Mobile App in Sales & Customer Service categories. -Sardis Awards 2024: Awarded 3 Gold & 1 Silver for Mobile App & Web platforms, recognized for excellence in digital financial services. -Hammers Awards 2024: Received 3 Industry Awards for innovative digital transformation and marketing performance. Key Responsibilities & Achievements; -Allianz’ım App (Mobile): Redesigned key user flows, leading to an estimated 15-20% decrease in user drop-off rates during the policy renewal journey. -Sole Lead Designer - DigitALL: Served as the Lead UX/UI Designer for the Agency Management Platform with full autonomy, executing a complete redesign of the agency dashboard based on direct stakeholder interviews. -Web Platform Ownership: Owned 90% of the design process for TSS (Complementary Health Insurance) and BES (Private Pension System) flows, ensuring a seamless cross-platform experience. -Scalable Design Systems: Built and maintained comprehensive component libraries, increasing design-to-development handoff efficiency by approximately 30% across 50+ screens. -Digital Transformation: Co-developed a first-of-its-kind Financial Planning Tool from scratch, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to transform complex data into user-friendly interfaces. -Accessibility & Audits: Conducted rigorous UX and accessibility (WCAG) audits to modernize the platform, ensuring compliance with global standards. -Agile Collaboration: Actively participated in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning), collaborating directly with Product Owners to define roadmap strategies.
