Hi, I'm Dustin Roberts. I'm a freelance mixing engineer as well as session drummer in Nashville,TN. I run a small Studio called Trainer Sound where I work on any genre of music but I specialize in rock and country. I've been blessed to work with many great musicians, in many awesome studios over the years on multiple projects and along the way I've learned how to approach each new song and give it just what it deserves and reach the end goal that the artist or producer has in mind. My goal here is to do the same for you and help you elevate your music and reach the sound you hear in your head.

With Dustin’s help, I’ve completed three projects, and this won’t be the last one, because Dustin always manages to surprise me in some way. He’s also very communicative and kind, and it’s always a pleasure to make music with him. It’s worth noting that he’s always delivered well ahead of schedule, and the quality is truly excellent. Highly recommended!!

This is the second time I’ve had the chance to work with Dustin, and what impresses me most about him is his efficiency and the fact that his drum tracks sound great right from the start. He’s also a great communicator and takes the projects he’s involved in very seriously. I highly recommend him.

With Dustin’s expertise and help, I’ve managed to complete four projects so far, but I already have more in mind where I plan to take advantage of his rhythms and sounds. He’s a great person—kind and collaborative—and he always meets deadlines. An excellent collaborator and highly recommended.
