Should I get the free audit first?
Yes — message us before ordering. The audit is free, written, and shows you exactly what your store needs. If a build isn't the right move, we'll say so before you spend anything.
Do I need a Shopify account already?
No. If you're starting from zero, we'll guide the setup in writing. If you already have an account or a half-built store, we work with what you have. Your Shopify subscription is billed by Shopify directly — it's the only cost outside this gig, and we'll flag it before you commit.
What do you need from me to start?
Your product list with photos and descriptions, your business name, and a logo if you have one (if not, we'll use clean text branding to start). The requirements questions after checkout walk you through it — all in writing.
Will this guarantee sales?
No — and be careful with anyone who promises that. We build you a store that is properly set up, fast, and ready to take orders. Sales depend on your products, prices, and marketing. What we guarantee is the build quality and that everything on the checklist gets done.
Can you help after launch?
Yes. Monthly Care ($650/month, 3-month minimum) covers ongoing store upkeep and updates. It's offered by custom offer — ask us after your build and we'll set it up.
