Connect two business tools with one clearly scoped API workflow. I will implement one agreed, one-way integration after we confirm that both systems provide suitable documented APIs and account access.
The $500 Basic covers one source, one destination, one trigger, up to five agreed fields and one API operation per system. Includes basic error handling, redacted logs, sample-data tests and a short setup/handover guide. Duplicate and retry behavior is agreed and tested where supported. One revision covers the agreed workflow, not new features.
Message me on Fiverr before ordering with the tools, API documentation and desired result. Feasibility, acceptance tests and delivery date are confirmed first. Unsupported APIs, migrations, two-way sync, custom apps, ongoing hosting and maintenance are excluded.
Implementation fees are paid through Fiverr. Clients own and pay for their API/tool accounts. AI development/test and ongoing usage costs are separate; estimates are not guarantees and vary by model/workload. You enter keys securely in your own environment, not chat. Alerts or limits are used where supported. Extra scope needs an agreed Fiverr offer.

FAQ
Is $500 the price for any custom integration?
No. It covers the bounded Basic workflow after compatibility review. Additional systems, operations, fields, branching, migrations or custom apps need a separate Fiverr offer. Any paid feasibility work is clearly quoted as discovery, not full implementation.
Who pays for API and AI usage?
You own the relevant API/tool accounts, including OpenAI or Anthropic when needed, and pay providers directly. Implementation is a separate Fiverr fee. Development/test and ongoing usage estimates are not guarantees; costs vary by model and workload. Alerts or limits are used where supported.
How are API keys handled?
Do not send secrets through Fiverr chat or ordinary requirements uploads. You enter credentials in your own environment through an agreed secure setup. We use only the access needed for the scoped workflow. Creating or configuring access requires your approval.
What if the systems cannot support the workflow?
We review documentation, access and acceptance criteria before an implementation order. A separately agreed discovery engagement may be needed. I do not promise every tool can be integrated or bypass provider restrictions. Handover includes the agreed code, setup notes and test results.
