Driftline Labs
Über diesen Service
Are you a non-technical founder struggling to get your development team to deliver what you actually asked for?
Miscommunication between business vision and engineering execution is a top reason software projects hit roadblocks. With over 20 years of experience building web applications and leading engineering teams, I step in as your Fractional Technical Product Manager (TPM) to bridge that gap.
I translate your high-level business goals into precise, developer-ready execution plans so everyone stays aligned.
What I do for your project:
- Product Requirement Documents (PRDs): Map out features, technical architecture, and system dependencies clearly.
- Agile Backlog Setup: Write comprehensive User Stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Workflow Management: Set up Jira, Linear, or ClickUp workspaces for smooth developer velocity.
- Team Alignment: Keep your engineers focused on building the right things the first time.
Let's collaborate to get your product engine running smoothly. Please message me before ordering so we can align on your goals!

FAQ
Do you write code or develop software directly in this gig?
No, I do not write code in this specific role. I work as your strategic partner to manage the development process, design requirements, and guide your engineering team to ensure they deliver exactly what your business needs.
What project management tools do you support?
I am highly experienced with all industry-standard tools, including Jira, Linear, ClickUp, and Trello. I can optimize your existing workspace or build a clean framework from scratch.
I have a development team but no clear documentation. Can you help?
Yes, absolutely. My Basic package is designed specifically for this. I will take your raw business ideas and turn them into clear, professional technical requirements that any software engineering team can follow.
Can you work with my existing developer team in different time zones?
Yes. I am accustomed to working with distributed global teams. For the Premium tier, we will align on a communication schedule (async updates or specific sync meetings) that keeps everyone moving forward smoothly.
