What countries does your service cover?
For now, we have partner firms in the UK and USA. We are currently working to expand our reach to countries like Canada, Australia, France and Italy. We will update the gig as soon as we have new partnerships.

Yes. Our partner firms are real, registered and legal entities that conduct business as usual in various countries in accordance to the regulations of the industries of the countries.
What do I get after placing an order?
You get full reference package that can be passed on to the property agent. This includes A contact person (name), official e-mail address of the property firm, phone numbers, official addresses and official website.
What property line do you cover?
We cover residential and commercial property references.
Does my reference expire?
Your reference only expires after a prospective landlord/agent have requested for a reference and your references have been sent. Apart from that, references purchased do not expire and remain yours to be used to support your accommodation progress.
Can I get a discount if I purchase more than one package?
Yes. Our Gig has been structured to provide incentive for purchasing more than one reference. We understand that the more history and references you showcase on your property application, the greater your chances in the property that you are applying for.

Do I need to share my previous property details with you after placing an order?
After receiving your reference details, we do recommend that you share some details about your former property with us so that we can remain abreast about the property details, tenancy duration, terms and be aligned with you as we communicate with your prospective landlord/agent.
