I'm a full-stack AI engineer who ships AI features to production: document parsing and data extraction, RAG chatbots and AI agents over your own data, and voice assistants, plus the backend, frontend and AWS setup around them. I've built document extraction for courts and banks (95.4% field accuracy), a policy Q&A agent used by 1,000+ employees, and a serverless parser at about 5 s and $0.002 per page. I design and build generative AI products for enterprise clients and the company's AI solution catalog. I was solution architect and tech lead on a Japanese and English voice assistant for the cabin crew of a major Japanese airline, which cut incident report time from 28 to 3.5 minutes. I also built a serverless document extraction platform (about 5 s and $0.002 per page), a policy Q&A agent used by 1,000+ employees and a text-to-SQL assistant with 91.3% execution accuracy.

Sole AI engineer on document AI and LLM assistants for public-sector and banking clients. I built document classification, OCR to Markdown and key information extraction for courts and banks (98.6% classification F1, 95.4% field-level accuracy, 22,000 pages a day), an MCP-based accounting assistant used across 10,000 organizations (94.8% answer and tool accuracy), a speech pipeline that scores recorded conversations in 93.5% agreement with human inspectors, and offline semantic search inside desktop accounting software.

Part-time research assistant during my bachelor's studies. I supported NLP and data science research: collecting and cleaning data, running experiments and helping write up results. The work led to two papers: Vietnamese stock recommendation (ICISN, Springer) and RAG for Vietnamese public investment law (ICTIS 2026). I also helped build a RAG-based virtual assistant for the school.
