I monitor uptime and will alert you immediately, and work to fix the issue as quickly as possible (the premium plan includes emergency fixes at no extra cost)

Yes, WordPress admin login is needed for the duration of the plan. Hosting access is helpful but optional depending on the task.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel the subscription anytime through Fiverr before the next renewal
