What do you need to get started?
Access to your Zoho account (I will guide you), a description of your sales process, and any existing data like spreadsheets or exports from another CRM. Starting fresh? I will help you choose the right Zoho plan first.
Do you need full admin access to my Zoho?
No. I request access scoped to the apps the project needs, and I build and test on sample data first. Nothing touches your live records until you approve the setup.
Can you migrate my data into Zoho?
Yes. Spreadsheets, other CRMs like HubSpot or Pipedrive, or exported CSVs. I map your fields before moving anything so records land correctly, with no duplicates or broken links.
Will my existing Zoho setup be safe?
Yes. I review what you already have before changing anything, keep a clear record of every change, and test workflows before handover. Your data stays yours throughout.
Which Zoho apps do you work with?

What is Deluge scripting and will I need it?
Deluge is Zoho's custom scripting language for logic the standard builders cannot do. Many setups need none of it. If yours does, I write and document the code so it stays maintainable.
What support do I get after delivery?
Post-delivery support for everything in the completed scope, plus answers to your team's questions as they start using the system. Ongoing maintenance can be arranged separately.
