I work with real estate professionals and agencies to set up and optimize CRM systems, sales funnels, and automation workflows that help manage property leads and client relationships more efficiently. My experience includes configuring platforms such as LionDesk, Wise Agent, Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, Lofty, and HubSpot to support real estate deal tracking, pipeline management, and automated follow-up processes. I help agents organize deal stages, capture incoming leads, and maintain consistent communication with prospects throughout the sales cycle. A large part of my work involves building automation systems and integrations using tools like Zapier to connect CRMs with external applications such as Trello for task management, property portals for lead capture, and communication platforms that support timely follow-ups. I design workflows that automatically assign tasks, trigger reminders, and sync lead information between systems to ensure agents never miss important opportunities. I also assist with funnel and lead generation setups using tools like ClickFunnels, REI Reply, and GoHighLevel to help real estate businesses capture leads from landing pages and marketing campaigns. These leads are automatically organized inside CRM platforms where agents can track conversations, manage property inquiries, and monitor deal progress. In addition, I support companies that need CRM configuration or data migration into platforms such as Odoo, Freshsales, OnePageCRM, and Less Annoying CRM. This includes transferring existing customer data, structuring pipelines, connecting lead forms, and creating automation workflows that keep customer information organized and accessible. My goal is to help real estate teams simplify their systems, automate repetitive processes, and maintain better visibility into their sales pipelines while improving overall efficiency in managing property leads and client relationships.
