Since google has been updating it's terms and conditions continuously, Application owns has to update their app's according to play console policy.
I have expeirence in updating old codes to pass reviews according to google policy.
if your app is older and is still not supporting newest version, google play will not allow you to show your apps to play console due to security issues.
I am mainly responsible for updating code to supported version. I won't be solving other policy issues if not discussed before.
