- CLIENT'S BRIEF: I begin by receiving your survey drawings and detailed requirements for the technical design of your project.
- DESIGN: I create alternative technical design solutions for your needs.
- DRAWING: I finalise the drawing set required for building control including 1:50 plans, 1:50 elevations, 1:25 sections, 1:20 details, door-window schedules, and 3D Views.
- APPLICATION: Lastly, I apply on your behalf via the council's website and follow your applications with communication with your local council.
