Automated SLA breach monitoring runs every 30 minutes with escalation notifications to administrator. Asset Management and Operations Automation System ◦ Multi-location asset tracking system covering two physical offices, remote workforce, and field employees across four states. Asset intake via Microsoft Forms triggers a Power Automate flow that creates a SharePoint record, generates a unique Asset ID and QR code, and sends an automated print job via PrintNode to a thermal printer at the correct location.
