- I review your current content, roles and permissions, workflows, site design, functionality, custom middleware, API integrations, testing suites, DevOps pipelines and web governance and align this knowledge with my understanding of Acquia's new site factory - the Multi-Experience Operations (MEO).
- I work with your technical team, business stakeholders and leadership to understand how the system works, what obstacles or bugs impair productivity to assess impact and identify solutions that meet functional and budget requirements.
- I analyze your site performance, security and reliability metrics to find architectural bottlenecks or risks that must be mitigated pre or post migration.
I then synthesize all of this information to propose a migration strategy that is:
- Sprint 0 Backlog - Jira (or other platform) Epics, User Stories
- Project Risks Report - Highlighted stories that reflect unique high and medium risks
- Resource Plan - Timeline, roles and hours to carry out project

You have 40 hours for this project. We will set up the project, including meeting times, preferred communication platform and cadence, hours of availability and status report cadence in our first meeting. These are your hours and I will spend them as you say.
