I build a scoped Make or n8n workflow for a repetitive business task, with practical AI support and a clear handover.
BASIC: 1 workflow, up to 4 nodes and 2 connected apps, 1 AI step, 5 test cases and a 30-minute handover.
STANDARD: 1 workflow, up to 8 nodes and 3 apps, 1 AI step, simple routing, 10 test cases and a 60-minute handover.
PREMIUM: 2 related workflows, up to 16 nodes and 4 apps total, up to 2 AI steps, 20 test cases and a 90-minute handover.
All packages include an agreed input/output, basic validation, visible failure handling, configuration export and an operating guide. Basic includes 1 revision; Standard and Premium include 2. Bug fixes to delivered scope are included for 14 days after delivery.
Nodes include triggers, actions and routing. Apps include the AI provider. One automation platform per order. Native supported connectors only.
You provide accounts, access and test data. Subscriptions, API usage, hosting, custom API development and ongoing maintenance are separate.

FAQ
How are workflows, nodes and apps counted?
One workflow has one trigger and business outcome. Every trigger, action and routing node counts toward the total. Apps are distinct connected services, including the AI provider. Make or n8n itself is excluded from the app count. Premium totals cover both workflows.
What is included in the AI step?
An agreed prompt and output format for one focused task, such as extracting fields or preparing a draft. One AI step is included in Basic and Standard, up to two in Premium. AI output needs appropriate review. RAG systems and autonomous agents require separate scoping.
Which platform and connections do you support?
Each order uses Make or n8n with supported native connectors. I check the exact apps and task before accepting the scope. Custom APIs, self-hosting, large data migrations, custom interfaces and complex authentication are separate.
Are subscriptions and API costs included?
No. You provide and pay for the required workspace, hosting, app plans and AI/API usage. We discuss the necessary access and likely usage before the build. Do not send account passwords in the requirements.
What happens after delivery?
I include 14 days of bug fixes for the delivered scope. New features, third-party platform changes, ongoing monitoring and maintenance are separate. An agreed custom offer can extend the bug-fix period to 30 days.
What counts as a revision?
A revision adjusts the agreed deliverable within the original scope. Adding a new workflow, app, feature or business goal is a scope change and needs an extra or a custom offer.
Can you work in German or English?
Yes. Please choose German or English for the deliverables and Fiverr consultation when submitting your requirements.
Can I add more tests or a longer bug-fix period?
By custom offer: 5 extra test cases with a written summary cost USD 60 and add 2 delivery days. Extending the bug-fix period from 14 to 30 days costs USD 100. Fixes cover the delivered scope only; monitoring, new features and platform changes are excluded.
