Thank you! Will be purchasing again. Not detailed enough to submit to any local city board, or taking into account setbacks/stormwater, etc. But for the price, a great and very well done preliminary drawing.

Wow! What a GREAT EXPERIENCE! Super Fast and Very Reasonably Priced Work. Yet, VERY PROFESSIONAL! In fact some of the nicest work I've seen working with Architects & Engineers! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this provider! He drew up a plat plan for a City project for me and got it perfect right away!

Absolutely worthless asked for him to make several corrections didn’t do it. Ask him to cancel the order refused avoided all cost.

He would not respond to me for about 10 days after the first delivery. That cost me thousands of dollars in lost opportunity. Finally he did get the product revised and acceptable but you can not make up for the lost time. A 4 day project turned into a month. I paid a higher price than others offered...

Good plans. Response time great, but becomes delayed once contract is funded. Accused of not reviewing the plans prior to requesting the same revisions a second time, when in fact the revision was not completed until the second request. However he did apologize and fulfilled his agreement.
