I help businesses find where the customer experience actually breaks down - not where it seems to. In a recent diagnosis, the problem client pointed to (closing sales on WhatsApp) wasn't the real bottleneck: it was the energy drain of creating content on Instagram. That kind of discovery is what I deliver.
I work with user interviews, customer journey mapping, service blueprints, and qualitative/quantitative research synthesis.
