1.What mortgage loan types do you review?
I review Conventional for now & have experience in FHA, VA, USDA files. I also provide pre-underwriting and mortgage quality control (QC) reviews
2. What documents do you need to start?
Depending on the assignment, I may require the loan application (1003), credit report, income documents, asset statements, AUS findings (DU/LPA), appraisal, title documents, and any other relevant loan documents.
3.Do you follow Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines?
Yes. I perform underwriting reviews based on applicable agency guidelines and lender requirements, including Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac
4.Will you calculate self-employed income?
Yes. I can analyze and calculate income from tax returns such as Forms 1040, 1065, 1120, 1120S, Schedule C, Schedule E, and K-1s
5. Do you provide Quality Control (QC) reviews?
