As a Motion Graphics Specialist for Trainual, I was tasked with solving a major challenge: simplifying complex software onboarding for new users. I spearheaded the visual production of a new series of product walkthroughs and 2D UI animations designed to replace text-heavy help articles. My workflow involved collaborating directly with the product marketing team to break down new feature releases. I took raw screen recordings and static Figma files, vectorized the UI elements in Adobe Illustrator, and brought them to life in After Effects. I focused heavily on dynamic motion design, animating mouse clicks, smooth scrolling, and pop-up windows to make the platform look premium and intuitive. Key Achievements: • Produced over 15 high-quality product explainer videos used across their website, YouTube channel, and internal help center. • The implementation of these animated walkthroughs resulted in a 22% increase in user activation rates during the 7-day free trial. • Reduced customer support tickets related to "how to use" specific features by 18%, saving the support team hundreds of hours.
