Just enough to see the problem — I'll walk you through sharing it safely, and you can revoke it the moment we're done. I never need passwords to live accounts when a safer option exists.

The first is covered. If I find others I'll tell you honestly and quote them — though often it's genuinely one root cause.

Yes — I deliver the fix with simple steps, or apply it for you carefully (with a backout plan) as an extra.

The clock starts when I have access and the details from the order form. Most fixes land well inside the window.
