Scope covered 75 active vendors, 3 customers, and full historical budgets and expenses mapped to proper cost codes across three unevenly sized jobs, one carrying significantly more transaction history than the other two. Since the client ran QuickBooks Desktop rather than Online, sourced vendor lists, customer lists, and the chart of accounts through exported reports rather than direct account access. Delivered a complete, correctly structured JobTread account ready for the client's team to operate from day one.

The client had used JobTread for a year and needed a standardized, parameter-based quoting system to operationalize their estimator's expertise for consistent team-wide use. Discovered through a labor rate recalculation that margins had been miscalculated due to hourly rates set too low, which was being corrected across all job categories. Designed an approach using formula-based complexity multipliers tied to job category, pulling pricing directly from the JobTread catalog instead of manual entry, and worked with the team to establish a naming convention for managing global JobTread parameters cleanly across active and inactive use cases.
