I am currently working as a Team Leader at TDK India Pvt. Ltd., where I am responsible for leading daily operations, coordinating team activities, monitoring performance, and ensuring productivity and quality standards are consistently achieved. This role has strengthened my leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and data management skills while giving me extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel for reporting, analysis, and operational planning. As a Team Leader, I work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth workflow, improve operational efficiency, and support continuous process improvement. My daily responsibilities include preparing reports, tracking production and performance data, organizing large datasets, monitoring KPIs, and presenting accurate information to support business decisions. These responsibilities have helped me develop a strong command of Microsoft Excel and business reporting. Over the years, I have gained practical experience in organizing and managing complex data efficiently. I regularly create structured spreadsheets, maintain records, analyze performance trends, prepare management reports, and ensure data accuracy. My focus has always been on reducing manual effort, improving reporting speed, and maintaining high-quality documentation. My expertise in Microsoft Excel includes working with advanced formulas and functions such as IF, IFS, SUMIF, SUMIFS, COUNTIF, COUNTIFS, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, TEXT functions, DATE functions, and logical formulas. I also have experience creating Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, dynamic reports, and interactive dashboards to simplify data analysis and reporting.
