What kind of files can I send you?
You can send me .JPG, .PNG, .PDF or even scanned hand-drawn sketches. I'll turn them into CLEAN, HIGH-QUALITY vector files. ALL PACKAGES INCLUDE the SOURCE FILE, giving you FLEXIBILITY for printing or digital use.
What’s the difference between Basic, Standard, and Premium packages?
BASIC: A simple logo or design without background. STANDARD: A flat design with one or more characters + background. PREMIUM: A detailed and complex flat design with one or more characters + background. Not sure which fits your project? Send me a message: I’ll guide you!
Do you use automatic tracing?
NOPE! Everything is HAND-TRACED MANUALLY in Adobe Illustrator, line by line, so your vector is PRECISE, CLEAN, and PROFESSIONAL.
Can I request changes after delivery?
ABSOLUTELY! All packages include UNLIMITED REVISIONS until you’re 100% happy with the result. Your satisfaction is my priority!
Can you remove or change the background of my design?
YES! I can REMOVE, REPLACE, or ADJUST the background to match your needs. Whether you want a transparent background for logos or a custom one for your illustration, I’ll make it CLEAN and PROFESSIONAL.
Do you accept urgent orders or offer fast delivery?

What if my artwork is very complex or detailed?
For complex or detailed designs, I highly recommend the PREMIUM PACKAGE. Every detail will be CAREFULLY TRACED BY HAND to ensure your artwork is CRISP, PRECISE, and fully SCALABLE. The clearer your original image, the better I can recreate it.
Can you redraw a logo or illustration exactly as the original?
The final result depends on YOUR IMAGE QUALITY: higher-resolution images allow me to preserve more details. For unclear or low-res images, like fan art or complex characters, I may research references online to recreate the design accurately as possible.
