I examined technical findings, maintenance records, correspondence, and warranty conditions to establish responsibility and recommend proportionate solutions. Beyond individual transactions, I addressed regulatory inquiries, employee grievances, advertising concerns, personal data handling, and business disputes. My approach emphasized early identification of legal exposure, effective negotiation, and the preservation of commercial relationships. This enabled Soper of Lincoln to approach complex automotive matters with stronger contractual protections, clearer responsibilities, and greater confidence in its legal position.
