Do I need to give you Seller Central access?
No. We can solve most issues via screen-share. If access is required, you can invite us as a user with specific limited permissions. Your data stays confidential.
What should I prepare before the call?
If possible, send us a list of your problems/questions a day, or at least a few hours before the call. For the call: make sure you know how to share your screen. Make sure you have access to your Seller Central account.
Do you only advise, or will you fix things live?
That depends on your preference. We can either advise or implement the solutions for you. Keep in mind: some issues are too complex to fix during one call and might require some follow-up support cases in Seller Central.
Which marketplaces and languages do you cover?
We cover Amazon EU, UK and US. The call can be in German or English.
