Digital pattern manufacturing. Quality inspection of developed parts using digital inspection. Expertise in Metrology using conventional tools, Faro Laser tracker and Creaform Laser scanner. Creation of Bill of Material (BOM) for all variants, resulting in the reduction of the product lead time. Production material routing for manufacturing using SAP PP module. Identification of casting defects in foundry and surfaced simulation results using MAGMA which helped in lower rejection rate in production of Steel and Cast iron parts. Development of NFPA-20 compliant Fire Fighting Unit (FFU).
