I am a bioengineering PhD graduate from the University of Pittsburgh. I worked in a high-resolution retinal imaging laboratory where I not only worked on implementing hardware improvements to the optical system but also worked on improving post data acquisition processing and analysis of the acquired images. I have a lot of experience handling large datasets of images and data and building a pipeline that can analyze and handle that amount of data. I also have skills in machine learning techniques to facilitate analysis. Additionally, I have experience with teaching students complex concepts.
