What do you need to start my enclosure design?
Please send your PCB dimensions or STEP model, mounting-hole locations, connector positions and component heights. Include reference images, your preferred printing method and any size restrictions.
Which files will I receive?
Basic includes STL files. Standard and Premium include STL, STEP and native SolidWorks files. STEP supports CAD exchange; the native SolidWorks model provides feature-based editing.
Can you design housings for other electronics?
Yes. I can design Arduino, Raspberry Pi, sensor and custom PCB enclosures. The housing is designed around your specific board and components rather than a generic enclosure size
Will the enclosure be ready for 3D printing?
I design around your stated FDM or resin printing process, including wall thickness and assembly clearances. A test print is recommended to confirm fit because printer settings and materials affect dimensions. Physical printing is not included.
Do you offer snap fit design, injection molding DFM and revisions?
Premium includes snap fit or screw-fastened housing design. Injection molding DFM requires a separate scope and quote. Included revisions cover adjustments within the agreed brief; additional components or a new design direction may
