Overall, Danielle was great to work with. Clearly afluent in the work she does. I will admit that i was expecting a bit more from the product, based on the amount of information i had to provide initially. I did appreciate the communication she offered.

As much as I value her time, strong communication and quick response and delivery, I feel that the use of templates and digital analysis did not provide me with the right analysis. Initially, I was given a wrong prognosis (colours washed me out), and after a conversation, I was given another palette...
