Syndicore Media — Custom WordPress Distribution Platform
syndicore media • Freiberufler
Jul 2026 - Sep 2026 • 2 mos
Built syndicoremedia.com from scratch on a custom PHP theme and Elementor, including bespoke Elementor widgets for the site's core pitch: turning a client's existing WordPress RSS feed into syndicated content distributed natively across Microsoft Edge, MSN, Windows widgets, Bing, and Copilot. Handled the full stack from theme architecture to server config.
JB Dondolo — Nonprofit WordPress Maintenance & Migration
JB Dondolo • Freiberufler
Mar 2026 - Aug 2026 • 5 mos
Ongoing site maintenance for a long-term nonprofit client, including a full Divi 5 migration and a database separation project to reduce risk and improve stability. All changes run through a dedicated sandbox/production workflow so updates are tested before they touch the live site.
Heron Dance Art Studio — Fulfillment Automation & Print Integration
Heron Dance Art Studio • Freiberufler
Feb 2026 - Jul 2026 • 5 mos
Built a fulfillment automation pipeline connecting Squarespace to Order Desk, ShipStation, and Papergraphics to auto-generate USPS Media Mail shipping labels, removing manual order handling. Also engineered the site's Lumaprints print-on-demand integration, including a systematic fix for recurring aspect-ratio errors across large Excel-based print import files, matching each file's pixel ratio to the correct product dimensions to eliminate manual QA on every order.
