During the height of the pandemic, I used my free time to tap into my passion of helping others like myself face the challenges not only of staying focused on a task, or not loosing things, but facing the emotional and mental wounds a life of feeling less than has brought apon us.
I became a certified life coach, with a passion to help the neurodivergent.
My goal for you is to be a safe, empowering and uplifting refuge.
I also became certified spiritual life coaching, coaching for highly sensitive people, and mindfulness coach.
