Looking for a US Co-Founder / Business Partner (Full Ownership Opportunity)

Im looking for a US-based partner to fully own and scale an AI legal-tech startup called ClariCase. This is a founder-level opportunity, not a job.

Important upfront:

You will have 100% ownership and control

Website, domain, deployment, payments, Stripe, subscriptions, and revenue will be handled entirely by you

You will act as Founder / CEO / Business Lead

My role will be only as the developer
