I would have given it 5 stars if Ernesto asked more about what I want but he did not seem to ask enough questions, maybe it is my fault for thinking otherwise though. Great work but he made some assumptions on my tech pack without asking me if I want this or that beforehand so I had to edit it again

he final tech packs are detailed and professionally prepared. Ernesto implemented the requested revisions and was patient throughout the process. Communication was sometimes difficult due to the language barrier, but the final result is good.
