Your business name/logo name, tagline/slogan, favorite color (if you have any), If you have any sample/sketch which one you like, short details about your business.
What is the use of Source/Vector files?
Vector file formats are for editing purposes, you can edit it in respective software (ex-Ai & EPS- Adobe Illustrator). It is a high-resolution source file that can be scaled up to any dimension. I share Ai, EPS, PDF file format for logo design & PSD file for banner, social, and stationery designs.
What about revisions?

What is the logo Transparency PNG file?
The PNG file has no background. It is a Transparent background format file. That’s why you can put your logo on any background or image.
