FAQ
What is 3D mock-up?
The 3D mockup is a 3D render mock-up presentable image used for getting a realistic print view of the logo design on different surfaces to get an idea of how to look at signage, billboard or vehicle, etc. It just give idea that how logo will look in real world.
REFUND POLICY
If you are not satisfied at all with the logo, based on the circumstances, most of the times we do offer refunds. Mutal-cancelation/refunds are only available before the order is rated/marked as complete by you. Refunds are not available once the process of revision starts on the logo chosen.
Can i upgrade my order later?
Yes absolutely! You may purchase the basic package first and if you wish you can always upgrade to different packages or you can buy these things in extra's section vector, social media kit, landing page design, etc
What does "logo concept" mean?
According to the package selected, it will include up to one, two or three unique designs for the same Brand/Company/Business/Name. If you have two or three different names, kindly order multiple gigs respectively.
How Can We Get Started (Process)?
Once you hit the ORDER NOW button, you will be sent a questionnaire, send the details as accurately as possible in the order you want so that you can better understand and get better results.
What is 'Delivery Time' in the package ?
Delivery Time is the amount of time in days that takes for a seller to send a First Initial Designs. Working on revision will take extra time depending upon changes needed. Kindly do not get confused with Delivery Time. It shows first/initial design delivery, not the whole project completion time.
Is there a quality difference between the 3 packages?
Yes basically each package have different number of concepts included as well as the caliber of designs also depends on the package. Additionally there are ad-ons one different packages
Do you design and develop websites?

What is intro animation?
Its basically a animated version of your logo that you can use as a marketing purpose on social media platforms and website.
