Clear Requirement was sent when the order was placed. She missed a lot of information in the first delivery and even blamed the missing points on new additions. When we attached the requirement doc again to show, she just said ok. No apology. Late delivery. Requested a couple of times but still did not...

Her work quality is not bad, but the working process was not pleasant. Long and late delivery. Missing key information in the delivery and needed reminders....Not a good helper. Will not order again.

First order with her, she turned out to be excellent. She followed our instructions closely and the quality of work was great! We had one order revision request before approval, she responded promptly and the final delivery was excellent. We are more than happy to work with her again!
