The Challenge
The more complex a project is, the harder it is to outsource – for example, creating an entire brand identity. Like many design teams, Fiverr’s is intrinsic to its brand identity, along with the need for constant reinvention, visually-impressive assets, and large-scale consistency across all channels. To meet this need, Fiverr’s Design Team Leader, Adar Debby re-imagined her team’s approach to every project with one question in mind: how can they harness freelance talent to produce a constant flow of new assets while maintaining in-house brand sensitivity?

Our in-house design team set up a smart system for onboarding and managing freelance talent, letting them outsource artistic components like calligraphy, illustrations, and 3D art in order to handle their high task demand. “From coffee cups to social media campaigns, almost every illustration you see worldwide today was designed by worldwide talent on Fiverr Pro,” said Adar Debby.
