I have run Mokawala, a business consulting office in Morocco, since 2013. I prepare financing files, business plans and feasibility studies, and I help build profitable projects from scratch. I have delivered market analyses for the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Africa, and I work with Moroccans abroad who want to invest in Morocco. My method is simple: the financial model comes first, every slide is built from it. I founded Mokawala in Tangier in 2013 and have worked on more than 300 projects and financing files for small and mid-sized companies: business plans, monthly cash-flow and 3-statement models, feasibility studies and the repayment analysis banks ask for. I've also done market studies and market-entry work for companies going into Europe, the US, the Gulf and Asia, including distribution set-ups. I teach business finance in Arabic and French to an online audience of around 540,000 followers.
