Hi! I'm Sofi, and I'm a life coach and yoga teacher.
My mission is to help you bring more success and happiness in your life. We only get one life and it’s completely ours to do what we want with.
All my experiences have taught me how to find resilience, inner strength, and inner peace, so I share this with others and help them find it too.

Quise hablar con Sofi sobre un proyecto importante que está algo estancado. Escuchó pacientemente, supo detectar las áreas de mejora y salí de la sesión con un plan para tomar acciones concretas.
