Worked with product managers, designers and engineers on internal and customer-facing platforms serving millions of readers. Led the rebuild of the Careers site: redesigned the experience, migrated a legacy Java application to Next.js and TypeScript, and set up content management so non-engineering teams could publish on their own. Routine updates dropped from about 30 minutes to under 3. Redesigned the internal HR search with advanced filtering, making thousands of resources easier to find. Built React interfaces for AI chatbot features with AI/ML engineers. Improved accessibility (WCAG), front-end performance and technical SEO across customer-facing applications.
