What do you need from me to start?
Your FAQs, documents, PDFs or website URL, plus where you want the bot (website, WhatsApp). I'll confirm everything in chat first.
Do I need to pay for OpenAI or other tools?
Yes, API and hosting costs are paid by you on your own accounts. They are usually low for small businesses, and I'll estimate them before we start.
Will it work on my Wix, WordPress or Shopify site?
Yes. The chatbot is delivered as a small embed script that works on almost any website builder.
Can the chatbot answer in Spanish?
Yes. I'm bilingual and test every bot in English and Spanish. It can reply in the customer's language.
What if it doesn't know an answer?
It says so politely and can collect the customer's contact info or hand off to a human (Premium), instead of making things up.
Can I update the information later?
Yes. I'll show you how to add or change content, and Premium includes an admin panel for that.
Do you offer support after delivery?
Revisions are included per package. After that, you can message me for small changes or ongoing support.
