At Cartolytic, I lead the design and delivery of geospatial analytics solutions that support real estate, infrastructure, environmental, and agricultural decision-making. I am responsible for translating complex spatial, demographic, and remote sensing data into actionable insights through GIS analysis, automated data pipelines, and interactive mapping platforms. My role spans end-to-end project execution: defining methodologies, sourcing and validating data, performing spatial and statistical analysis, and producing professional maps, dashboards, and decision-support tools. I work extensively with U.S. Census and ACS data, land-use and zoning datasets, infrastructure and utility layers, and satellite imagery to build market screening systems, site-selection models, and environmental monitoring workflows. In addition to technical execution, I collaborate directly with clients to understand business objectives, propose efficient geospatial solutions, and ensure results are accurate, transparent, and reproducible. I also oversee the development of scalable geospatial systems—ranging from ArcGIS Online platforms to custom Web GIS applications—designed to support long-term use rather than one-off analyses. Through Cartolytic, I combine deep GIS expertise, remote sensing, and data engineering to help organizations make confident, location-based decisions across multiple industries.
