I'm Ciara and I'd be delighted to bring to life the character or characters for your video game, audio book, video, or fun personal project.
I love what I do, and most of all I enjoy creating something unique that fulfills your vision. Message me to chat about what you have in mind, and together we'll figure out the best way to get there.
- I record in a professional acoustically-treated studio
- My natural accent is very neutral, and I also do a Dublin/Irish accent and a standard British accent
- My range of tones for video game or book characters is creepy, scared, young, dramatic, other wordly, excited...and really anything!
- I pride myself in my professionalism, communication, kindness, & perfectionism!
- I include one free revision of minor changes; this does not apply to script changes on the client's end, or where guidance on interpretation was not provided

My voice acting career was sparked by a friend commenting that he would pay to hear me recite the phonebook. I had already been taking opera lessons for several years with the North Portland Vocal Studio & Opera Workshop, and I had been performing as a singer and songwriter for longer, so further delving into voice work seemed like a wonderful idea. Since beginning my voice acting career, I have had the privilege to play a young Irish girl in a cartoon, voice a narration of teenagers relaying their difficult childhoods, and I do promotional work for a fantasy book.
FAQ
Do I need a commercial license?
If you intend to use my voice for any business-related purposes (i.e. anything that will earn money), you will need to purchase the Commercial Rights gig extra. Get in touch for more information.
Do I need a full broadcast license?
If you intend to use my voice in paid marketing commercials on internet, radio, or TV, then you need to purchase the Full Broadcast Rights gig extra to be granted a broadcast license. Get in touch for further clarity.
What qualifies as a free revision?
I include one free revision of minor changes. This applies to pronunciation mistakes or misinterpretations on my end. This does not apply to script changes on the client's end, or where guidance on interpretation was not provided.
Do you do script proofreading?
Yes I do. In fact, I was a translator and writer for ten years, so my grasp of spoken and written English is excellent.
What accents do you do?
I do a neutral European accent, Irish accent, Dublin accent, and a standard British English accent.
