A key part of my responsibilities involves managing and supporting our user base—welcoming new members, resolving issues, moderating discussions, and answering questions from growers at all experience levels. I work closely with growers to provide guidance, troubleshoot problems, and help maintain a respectful and informative environment where knowledge can thrive. Beyond community management, I also design and implement advertising solutions across the platform. This includes integrating banner advertising, optimizing placements, and working with partners to deliver effective visibility while maintaining a seamless user experience. My focus is always on balancing monetization strategies with community value. None of this would be possible without the support of my top-notch moderator team.
