Built and scaled backend systems using FastAPI, LLMs, and Spring Boot, reliably handling 10K+ daily production requests with low latency and high availability. Designed, deployed, and maintained AI agent–driven automation systems to orchestrate complex enterprise workflows, materially improving operational efficiency across teams. Engineered a temporal, RAG-based agentic architecture to analyze, reason over, and extract insights from large-scale, evolving document corpora. Implemented platform-level guardrails and governance controls for AI agents, models, and tools — including restricted deletion, safe import/export of agents, version control, and lifecycle management — all live in production. Built and shipped core platform features such as AI agent import, controlled resource access, and dependency validation to prevent accidental system breakage in enterprise environments. Integrated 250+ enterprise connectors (HubSpot, SAP, Salesforce, etc.), enabling secure, scalable business automation across heterogeneous systems. Developed reusable tool-execution primitives within the AI orchestration layer, reducing connector execution overhead and improving workflow efficiency by ~30%.
