I’ve been working behind the scenes with eCommerce stores for a few years now, mainly handling customer support, order processing, and the day-to-day tasks that keep things running smoothly. Most of my experience comes from dropshipping and Wix stores, where things can get a bit chaotic—late deliveries, disputes, confused customers—you name it. I’m used to stepping in, figuring things out quickly, and keeping customers calm while solving the issue. Here are a few things I’ve handled regularly: * Responding to a high volume of customer emails and messages each day * Processing and tracking orders to make sure everything goes through correctly * Handling disputes and chargebacks * Following up with customers when payments or order details are incomplete * Coordinating with suppliers when there are delays or issues One thing I take seriously is communication. A lot of problems in eCommerce come from customers feeling ignored or confused, so I always make sure they feel heard and updated. I’ve also helped recover payments from disputes and prevented refunds just by explaining things clearly and following up at the right time. I’m comfortable using tools like Wix, DSers, Zoho, and Google Sheets, but more than that, I’m someone you can rely on to stay on top of tasks without constant checking.
