Über mich
Hi,
I’m a Gorgias Partner & AI Agent Expert with 12+ years in Customer Service and CX Operations, helping DTC e-commerce brands build smarter, more scalable support operations.
I specialize in Gorgias setup & optimization, AI Agent implementation, automation, CX audits, workflows, and support operations, with particular experience in supplement and subscription brands.
My focus is simple: reduce repetitive support, improve efficiency, and build systems that scale without automatically adding headcount.
