Completed a Fiverr style product design project focused on creating a custom electronic enclosure and manufacturing ready CAD files. The client needed a clean housing for an internal PCB, with accurate port openings, screw bosses, standoffs, ventilation, and enough clearance for electronic components. The main problem was that the first concept did not properly fit the board and was not ready for prototyping. I reviewed the PCB size, component height, and reference images, then designed a precise enclosure in SolidWorks and Fusion 360. I added assembly details, corrected fit issues, and prepared STL, STEP, SLDPRT, and PDF preview files. The final result was a clean, prototype-ready enclosure suitable for testing, presentation, and future manufacturing.

Worked on plastic product design and CAD improvement for consumer appliance related components. The project required turning early design ideas and existing part references into clean, manufacturable CAD models. A key challenge was making the plastic parts suitable for injection molding by improving wall thickness, draft angles, ribs, bosses, fillets, and assembly clearance. I solved this by reviewing the part structure, correcting weak areas, and applying DFM principles to make the design stronger and easier to manufacture. I prepared SolidWorks and Fusion 360 files, STEP/STL exports, and PDF drawings for review. The final delivery helped create a more professional plastic part design ready for prototyping and manufacturing.
