My legal engagement with Jewish Music Embassy focused on the protection, licensing, and commercial management of musical works within the entertainment industry. Music production and artist representation involved reviewing recording agreements, performance contracts, publishing arrangements, and royalty commitments. I examined provisions concerning compensation, ownership of master recordings, songwriting credits, exclusivity, and the allocation of revenue generated through performances and commercial releases. The distribution of musical content required attention to copyright permissions, digital streaming agreements, synchronization rights, and international licensing arrangements. I evaluated restrictions affecting the reproduction, adaptation, broadcasting, and commercial use of recordings, including traditional and contemporary Jewish musical compositions. Live performances and promotional activities introduced contractual considerations involving event organizers, venues, sponsors, musicians, and production companies. I reviewed booking agreements, cancellation provisions, performance fees, insurance responsibilities, and permissions relating to promotional recordings and audiovisual materials. Disagreements concerning royalty payments, unauthorized recordings, copyright ownership, licensing violations, or unfulfilled performance commitments required examination of contracts and supporting evidence. I assisted with negotiations, legal correspondence, and dispute resolution. My work helped Jewish Music Embassy protect its musical catalogue, preserve artist relationships, manage commercial risks, and support the lawful distribution and promotion of its music.
